Who We Are ?
We are Polkara Designs—born out of two decades of quiet excellence.
For over 20 years, our parent company Brisas meticulously designed and crafted bags for the discerning Japanese market—where quality, precision, and attention to detail are everything. Each bag we created reflected an ethos of design perfection, thoughtful utility, and timeless style.
But something was missing closer to home.
Our founder , Mrs. Sima Bag saw a gap in the Indian market—where bags that are both beautifully designed and sustainably made were rare. Inspired by this, Polkara was born. A brand that carries forward our legacy of craftsmanship, now rooted in India’s rich handloom heritage.
